美意延秊 means, If you keep your heart joyful and don't worry excessively, you can live a long life while naturally appreciating the changing seasons.
- Calligraphy Content: 美意延秊
- Author: Tenpu Nakamura
This calligraphy was owned by my father, who passed away this year at the age of 103, and was written by Master Tenpu Nakamura.
He received this calligraphy from Master Tenpu himself at the Tenpu Kai Summer Training Convention in the Showa 40s (1965-1974).
I also saw Master Tenpu Nakamura's calligraphy in circular characters when I was young.
I would like to pass this on to someone who cherishes Master Tenpu Nakamura.
Even when viewed with a magnifying glass, there are no visible dots that would indicate printing. (Could it be handwritten?)
It is unlikely to be a print on a calligraphy strip. (Could it be handwritten?)
There are no ink blurs. (Could it be printed?)
Based on the above, I believe it to be handwritten, but it is possible it is a print.
Please consider this information when making your decision.
Thank you for viewing.
